Description
The Making It Count "Winning Characteristics" Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are enrolled in either a public, private, charter, Magnet or parochial school and plan to enroll in some type of formal education or training program following high school. You must also have a minimum "B" grade average and submit an essay on how you have demonstrated the "Winning Characteristics" discussed in the Making College Count program during your high school career to be eligible for this award. U.S. citizenship is also required.
